New To Cheerleading

Cheerleading is a team sport that caters to athletes of all sizes, shapes, ages and abilities. A cheerleading team will work together to create a routine which includes stunts, tumbling, pyramids, and dance. Cheer is a physically demanding sport. Whether it is a recreational or competitive program your athlete will be given the basics of cheerleading.  With repetition and progression the body will develop to the demand of the sport.

Sport Conditioning allows the athletes to keep up with the high demand and physical aspect this sport requires.  Recreational cheerleading is based more on the performance part of cheerleading and focuses on the basics.
